1General Terms & Conditions

KE 99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between KE 99 and all its registered members.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on KE 99:

• All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

KE 99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any suspicious transaction pending investigation. If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

4Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on ke 99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error before the match or event begins, it will be considered void.
• KE 99 reserves the right to adjust live betting odds at any time.
• KE 99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information is strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

KE 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x) must be fulfilled.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days, depending on the specific offer.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device, or payment method are not permitted.
• KE 99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and launch an investigation if abuse is suspected.

• Threatening or harassing other members.

9Changes to Terms & Account Closure

KE 99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via email or SMS prior to any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Members may request account closure at any time. All available balance must be withdrawn through a verified method before the account is closed. ke 99 also reserves the right to close an account in the event of a rule violation.
